Cheque Presentation 2009...
Ascot Charitable Trust hosted their Cheque Presentation at Ciao 90, when the Trustees, Nicky Pardo, Heather Quillish, Debby Mullins and Anne Hoddle, presented cheques to representatives from the five charities who benefited from this year’s ball at Trunkwell Mansion House.
The beneficiaries were as follows:
- Barnardo's - Martin Pitman and Tricia Allin
- Ascot District Day Centre - June Martin, Life President of the Day Centre and Gill and Tony Love
- Berkshire Search and Rescue Dogs - Daryl Toogood
- Daisy's Dream - Vickie Randall
- Helen & Douglas House - David Savage
ACT would like to thank their Patrons, Rae and Lisalynn Bowdery for hosting this event at Ciao 90 and for the superb food provided by Chef Miles Matthews. To quote one of the charities, “the food was first class”.
Their sincere thanks also go to Rae and Lisalynn Bowdery and Paul and Pauline Attwell for their invaluable support and help in arranging this Ball and to all local businesses and organisations, who donated amazing prizes.
